just change in your Application.mk to android-9 in the APP_PLATFORM

APP_STL = gnustl_shared
APP_CPPFLAGS = -fexceptions
APP_PLATFORM := android-9
APP_ABI := armeabi

got that exception of error inflating. and found the fix in here:

just change the constructor to include AttributeSet

OpenGL first reading
